Room was clean and nice but you can definitely get better service for the same price elsewhere in Hanoi, service here was slightly below the average I experienced everywhere else I stayed in vietnam. Breakfast was ok but the hot buffet was very limited compared to other places I stayed for similar price (like less than half the variety). Soundproofing didn't seem good I could hear my neighbours talking. Staff were nice and helpful but some aspects of service were slightly lower eg at check in every other hotel I stayed in Vietnam (including a much cheaper 3 star hotel) rushed to help with luggage up the steps and escorted you to the room but here they didn't. I didn't like the fact that the drinking water they provided in the room was filtered water in refillable bottles rather than actual bottled water, maybe for environmental purposes but it wasn't convenient.

The staffs was very nice and the room was great and spacious. I’ve stayed for 1 night prior to my trip to SAPA. I will be staying for another 3 night when I get back from SAPA and Halong Bay.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and beverages to choose from.
