Amazing hot springs and spa!

Clean room. Good AC. Polite and professional staff. The only drawback is the number of bottles of water being provided

The Menjangan is a beautiful resort in the West Bali Barat National Park. It is spread out over a large area with open top mini buses traveling between the various parts available at any time on request. Our poolside room was large and beautifully styled. The two restaurants offer lovely meals and the staff are super polite and friendly. The number of rooms and guests is relatively small so it is never crowded. The facilities and options within the park are good with excellent guided bird and nature watching and easy snorkelling from the beach jetty and excellent snorkelling a short boat ride away.

Great relaxing vacation with my daughter. The room is enormous, food variety and taste top notch, staff was very friendly and went out of their way often, property is beautiful, beach and water pristine, amazing sunrises and sunsets, excellent snorkeling - saw sharks, turtles, dolphins, manta rays, octopus, and many other colorful variety of eels and fishes. I can’t wait to return one day!

Overall this is a nice hotel. The views are really nice as the hotel hugs the cliffs around shark bay. This means going up and down the hill and there are many steps etc. This was fine for me. We had one of the new private pool rooms which was very modern and nice. The older parts of the hotel do show the age a bit. The staff were nice but we had trouble getting more water on our last day. The breakfast was ok, I can only say it was not as good as other similar hotels. The hotel is not close to the main drag so a 400 baht taxi is needed. This was not a big problem for us just an FYI. The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel on Expedia but it's not its a 4 star. Overall I was happy with the hotel. Its got great views which is was i wanted. The room we had was very large and modern. It really depends what you're after.

Everything was incredible and all the staff extremely kind and professional.

Very enjoyable stay! Room was spacious and clean, comfortable. Pool was really nice. Location excellent - can walk everywhere. The road that the hotel is on is very busy with no sidewalks so a bit tricky, but once you get down to the main road it is better. Lovely staff.
