I had the pleasure of meeting several staff members during my stay, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and accommodate requests such as luggage storage and early check-in. The complimentary foot massage was an unexpected and much-appreciated touch. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit. Atmospheric heritage hotel with a lovely garden and swimming pool tucked away in a quite corner just a stone's thrown from dining and shopping options in Lazimpat and environs. Great value.

Great location, Clean room and facilities, although needs updating. (Elevator doesn't go all the way to the lobby) Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and shops. Airport transfer available, which was very convenient. Good Nepalese food in restaurant.
