Outstanding Stay at Shangri-La Dubai
I had an exceptional experience at Shangri-La Dubai, and it truly deserves its outstanding reputation.
From the moment I arrived, the level of service was remarkable. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the room reflected true luxury.
The hotel’s facilities are excellent — from the elegant common areas to the well-maintained amenities. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to major attractions while still providing a calm and relaxing environment.
What truly sets Shangri-La Dubai apart is the consistency of excellence across all aspects of the stay. This is luxury done properly: refined, efficient, and warm.
I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure.

This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai.

Our second visit to this hotel 10 years apart and the quality has been improved by the surrounding area. The staff are excellent with special praise to the housekeeping and lobby staff, so helpful and pleasant. I would whole heartedly recommend staying at this excellent resort. 5 stars plus from me !!
