Peel Romantic Holidays

I only stayed one night here, but it was a good location, very clean, and the staff were very helpful. My room was ready early and I was able to store luggage on check-out. The communal tea / coffee station, lounge / dining area was a great space.

The room (which we received a free upgrade for) was very clean, and the staff very attentive. Breakfasts were superb for a continental one. The sound proofing was excellent, as was the choice of restaurants nearby. The only issue was that the shower while fully accessible, meant that water ran all over the floor. The toilet seat also needs to be replaced.

The hotel was lovely and the staff on reception were really helpful. It was a shame that the bar closed at 8pm, i wanted to order some food at 7.20pm but was told last food orders was at 8pm which was the same time the bar closed, I was a bit confused. I was offered room service but I'm not keen on staying in my room to eat so I ended up going to nearby restaurant. My room was a good size, the hotel felt modern and stylish but for me it was missing the cosy factor. Still a nice hotel though.
