Needs maintenance in some areas

Atlantis is way beyond my expectation. The rooms are super clean, grand all with exceptional ocean view. The best thing about the hotel is the service. Anything you ask for is delivered within 20 mins. Even the common areas are spotless. Every staff in the hotel are super nice. You can stop anyone and you will always get a nice smile. The fact that hotel includes the waterpark and aquarium makes this a super good deal to stay (worth at least half of the say). Food is more expensive by china standard but reasonable for US standard. Absolutely a pleasure to stay and the MUST go if you are with kids.

Family of four stayed in hotel for 11 days - we had great time. Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool. Overall very happy with the hotel and kids loved sanya as first timer in China

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights in a deluxe room at the end of February. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort pools were nice, although they weren’t quite as relaxing as we had hoped. There were a lot of people using SUPs which made it difficult to fully relax by the poolside, and during our stay the beachfront pool was closed due to the fireworks happening every night for Lunar New Year. The gym facilities were also very convenient and well equipped, which was great to have access to during our stay. The location was convenient and very close to the duty-free mall. The restaurants at the resort were also very welcoming and accommodating to my fiancé, who has coeliac disease, which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Chloe, the foreign concierge, who was an immense help during our stay. As we don’t speak Mandarin, she helped communicate with other staff for us and assisted with various enquiries, which made navigating everything much easier. The rooftop bar was another highlight of the resort, a really nice place to sit, relax, and have a drink in the evening. Overall we had a great stay and appreciated the spacious rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location.

What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
