We loved our stay staff where very helpful

Perfect location within walking distance to main strip

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Great location on Chaweng Beach. The Transit Room was a real bonus as we had a late check out.

La Veranda in Phu Quoc Vietnam is a special place! The perfect mix of all the right B’s - boutique, bougie, boho, bliss, and beach! I went there for 3 days alone after a week long business trip in China and this place checked all of the boxes for me! Your check-in takes place at the bar with your welcome drink! The grounds are lush with greenery and exotic flowers and cleaned constantly. My room was ocean view and a huge space! I could easily hear the ocean from the balcony and I could be on the beach in less than 1 minute. The beach service was great and the security and towel staff do an amazing job of keeping everything clean and safe. I had every meal at the resort except for the last day for lunch after I checked out. The Vietnamese food I tried at breakfast and for dinner was exceptional and very fresh. The drinks were very unique and great quality. Live entertainment every night. I had a message at the spa which was excellent. Lastly, is the best reason why you should stay here and that’s the staff! I was called by name by almost every one even right after I checked in. Every request was quickly answered and they went out of their way to truly help. Everyone is happy to work there and it shows! If you want to truly relax and visit a different place, this is it!

Truly a tropical gem!! This is my third time on the island but my first time at this hotel. It will definitely be my go to spot going forward. First of all, the place is beautiful, well managed, the property and rooms are kept immaculate. I chose the boutique garden pool room which was super nice. It was very peaceful and having your own private plunge pool to cool off in was a treat that I ended up enjoying more than i expected. I was impressed with how well they maintained it as well. There was an attendant there twice a day to clean the leaves up in the garden area and maintain the pool. The beach and pool are only a few steps away and they too are very well maintained with great staff to greet you and provide cocktails and food. The staff here also made the trip wonderful. They are very kind, hard working, and they do go out of their way to remember your name. Champu in the bar makes great cocktails as well. I hope you enjoy this property as much as we did!!
