Construction was going on during our stay so no water from 11pm to 8am. No ice machine on our floor and had to go to multiple floors to find one that worked. I had a hurt knee and needed to ice multiple times a day. The bummed knee kept me from using amenities. After checking in staff said they would have extra blankets and pillow sent to room but it never showed up. I did call the next day and they brought it. Overall our stay was fine, the air conditioning worked great, room was clean and staff was very friendly.

Love it. This is a boutique hotel, therefore, not too crowded. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean, wifi was fast. Our room was super spacious, it's a 1380 sqft penthouse with a sweeping 270° of city and mountain view, a large living room with couches, a big screen TV, dining table, working desk, fridge and coffee machine... Beautiful decor through out. A convenient powder room (sink and toilet) in living room area for guests. Bedroom is huge with sitting area, a large screen TV and a king size bed, very comfy with soft and silky bed sheets and pillows. Bathroom was clean with walk-in shower stall and double sinks vanity. Plenty of complimentary toiletries, HOWEVER, hotel should have more towels in bathroom. Although we stayed for 2 nights, they had just 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and housekeeping is only available upon requested, not daily routine cleaning. My husband had to call housekeeping to request for more bath towels on 2nd day. - Overall, we like this hotel because it's quiet (no casino inside) safe, convenient location and best of all, a complimentary breakfast for 2 and NO PARKING fee. A rare find in Vegas, IMHO. - With all the amenities as described, what's not to like? Would definitely stay here again.

Casino was lots of fun. The slots paid out pretty well.

The room was very clean and the restaurants were great.
