Great resort

No regrets coming here. Excellent accommodations and staff.

Stepping out of the room onto the beach was awesome. The room was very comfortable but just a tiny bit dated - still everything was clean and working. The best thing about the place though was the attitude of the staff - they were so welcoming, helpful and personable. They couldn't have been better!

Room had bugs, but was otherwise nice. Property is older, but the amenitites were decent. The food tasted like plastic at the buffet and Bamboo restaurant. Staff is nice to the extent you can pay. I️ would stay elsewhere next time.

Great resort. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They really take the time to get to know you.

Relaxing accommodation

The location is ideal, a 2-minute ferry ride to downtown Port Vila. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was perfectly positioned #53. We had a view of the mainland and could see part of the pool area and the restaurant, but far enough away that the noise didn't bother us. I love people watching, so the constant flow kept me amused. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. The restaurant meals were pretty good but the prices have certainly skyrocketed since we were there last. Especially the wine. Tip for anyone staying there. Turn right when you get off the ferry and there is a large supermarket at the top of the hill (15-20 minute walk) that sells wine, beer and everything imaginable for much more reasonable prices. The best coffee place in town is called Coco on Co only 5 minutes walk in the same direction. Staff and their Poke bowls were amazing. We went there every day! Best burgers in town at at the opposite end of town, a good 20 minute walk to a place called Burgers at Vanuatu - it's located in a shipping container. THE best burgers we have come across and not expensive. Probably the only fault after 8 days was that I accidently cut my foot and needed a band aid. I asked at the restaurant and they didn't have a first aid kit. That's something that should be rectified I would go back there in a heart beat - just don't go on "Independence Day" the celebrations were loud and kept us awake until 4am. No fault of the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights in a deluxe beachfront bure. Was given a cheaper oceanfront room to begin with but got it corrected once I pointed it out to them. The room was clean . Staff were always polite and helpful. Loose toilet . Shower water temp was good The whole place needs a tidy up. Junk lying around, broken fences, la A huge safety concern with their tender boat . It filled with water and our bags and shoes got wet NO SIGN OF LIFE JACKETS ON THE BOAT!!! No ramp when getting off at the rocky side of the island. Getting off the boat was very dicey. Luckily no elder persons on this trip. On the return trip , the engine kept cutting out. The outboard motor is in very poor condition. Food was expensive but okay....not great though. $75 for dinner Buffet . $35 for continental breakfast. After dinner entertainment on a Wednesday was good, cultural singing and dancing They all seem to know the shortcomings of this place so hopefully they do something about it. Will be sad if they dont.
