Always nice to come back there. Clean, efficient, comfortable and a very helpful and friendly staff.

Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

It’s a great location near the subway, and if you like to walk you can reach Mong Kok for ladies market and other shopping areas.

Overall, I had an outstanding experience. Memorable positive include the Assistant Chief Concierge, Steven Hon, was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs, from recommending a great hike on Dragon back to a local sushi restaurant and ordering taxis and helping with our luggage. He exemplified honest engagement with the customer and caring. The hotel is a bit dated physically but has great views and a warm ambience. Additional strengths are the location and great view of the harbor. Excellent massage in the spa and tasting menu at the French restaurant.

Hotel is excellently located only 5mins walk from Wan Chai MTR to ensure you can easily get around HK - Rooms are spacious and pleasant , very clean and kept to a good standard - breakfast we found was excellent , for the westerns hash browns, Eggs , decent bread for toast, baked beans so a good brekkie ! Staff were extremely helpful throughout for answering questions to grabbing taxis from the main road ! Roof top pool we visited just to have a look and would have spent some time up their but for the indifferent weather - certainly a great feature and the recreational area around it was bough for some sun bathing in the right weather ! Did 3 nights at hotel and couldn’t not fault anything other than pushing the cases on the carpets to the room was a bit hard work - but don’t let that put you off great location - great hotel , great staff - great experience
