I had a great stay after all. The manager Agnes was very kind and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the food was fantastic. I appreciated how kind the staff was. I will be back. Huge thank you to Agnes for the warm hospitality!

Very good location and transport links, staff are great and helpful, only downside is the lifts are very slow and rooms are quite small. If you are going for a budget hotel, I think this hotel is excellent as also provides good breakfast and laundry, if you are looking for a bit more comfort and luxury, this might not on your list. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a lower budget hotel with good transport link and plenty of eateries nearby.

Stayed for a week. Friendly staff. Room some dirt spot on wall but good overall. The gym is located next door long stay apartment and only one working treadmill and its a cheap one with limited incline.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly, efficient. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The staff even helped me get a car to the airport after we missed the shuttle. One minor suggestion though is that the hotel could provide the option of letting the guests use the luggage cart themselves instead of always having a staff to help. In our case we had to wait for the staff to come over to pick up our luggage when checking out and given how tight our time was we missed the shuttle.

Room after upgrade was spacious. However, bottle water is $12 each. Only got a restaurant which has no price listed. Looks expensive. Location is not very convenient. Staff were not very friendly. Check-out has to wait till they finished inspection. Didn’t advise about shuttle service. Only found out by oneself when stepping out the premise after check out & saw the line up, then checked with those guests. Would not come back again.
