Absolutely fantastic hotel! I have stayed here four times now. The staff are amazing. There was a slight issue with one of our electrical sockets in the bathroom, and within a few hours while we were gone, it was completely fixed, like it never happened. The hotel location is perfect, especially for first timers in Korea. The hotel is safe, clean, spacious, and has amazing views. The GS25 store is super convenient, and the manager there is always so kind! The cleaning staff are also so helpful and sweet. The only complaint I have is that the hotel room got super hot. I understand that hotels in Korea do not turn on AC during winter, and you can only open the window for cool air. Usually this works just fine during our winter stays, however, this time we stayed from March 20-April 6. The AC was only turned on during the second half of our stay. Our room was 86F/30C one day! While I still highly recommend this hotel, be sure to bring a small desk fan, especially if you are staying during late winter/early spring. Other than the temperature, this hotel has always been a favorite of mine!

Best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean and unbelievably beautiful. The private spa was worth it! Plenty of restaurants and things to do!

Clean and comfortable. We stayed one night before our flight out of ICN and the shuttle in the morning was extremely convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet for dinner as well. Reasonably priced considering the variety of food. Very few food options in the vicinity of the hotel, so having the restaurant in the hotel was helpful.
