Can't beat the views of Lake Taupo off the balcony. The room, the pool, onsite parking, and the friendly staff were all wonderful. We will be coming back to this hotel on our next trip.

Grand Mercure Puka was absolutely stunning. The staff were so attentive, the little cottages were clean, bed was very comfortable, was a quiet relaxing stay. The on site restaurant was excellent. Definitely would stay again

We had a quick overnight stay as we were travelling south. The room was clean and well appointed. Plenty of hot water and the location close to the Jolly Good Fellows restaurant and bar was perfect for dinner. The staff were very engaging yet gave us a level of privacy.
