We were upgraded to a room with a garden view, much appreciated Room was basic but fine. Comfortable bed, bathroom had been renovated, loved the tiles😋 Pool and surrounding area very nice.

We loved our stay at this very charming and unique property. The property is small and intimate with a lot of charm. It has a fascinating history and has been the home of a major figure of Broome’s history, Lord McAlpine after whom it is named. He is a major contributor to the development of Broome into the charming town it has become preserving its special historical character as a pearling center. The owner of the property is a lovely woman who engaged with us about the history of the property and Broome whose own family has a history with the pearling industry there. We strongly recommend a stay at the Pinctada McAlpine House.

Nice property in Broome. Close to cable beach. Not too many restaurant choice nearby but overall a nice stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in their 2 bedroom bayview suite, has everything we need for a family on holiday - perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Cable Beach, however close enough if you need to visit, reasonably priced and quiet part of town, we will definitely be back again when we visit Broome.
