Our Butler’s name was Juan. He did an excellent job on any request or reservation we asked for. He was always a quick text away. Housekeeping was excellent. Not sure of her name but she always had our room spotless. She even put our shoes together in a neat roll. Property was clean with exception of tourist dropping trash but it was quickly picked up. Bartenders at all the bars were very nice and enjoyed suggesting different drinks for us to try. The buffets were just ok. Wasn’t very impressed with the food. The A La Cart restaurant were decent. The highlight of our stay was a young cart driver named Victor. He was very nice and got us around the property easily. We just txt him whenever we needed a ride within minutes he would be there. He spent a lot of time suggesting things to do and places to visit along with explaining the culture. All and all, would recommend this resort
