This was the best vacation I have ever had!! The service was excellent!! My server Jhonny and Delvin were perfect. So catering and kind to my every needs!! I LOVE LIVE AQUA PUNTA CANA!!

Staff at check in charged $900 to my credit card for a broken wristband. They said it would be $150 but charged $900. Even the $150 is ridiculous Now I have to fight with my credit card company to get my money returned.

While there was some issues with the room, they staff tried to get them fixed and make things right.
Phone in the room didn’t work, paint chipping off our table on the patio, door to sky view patio didn’t lock right, light wire on the sky view patio was stripped, gave us a shock when using.
Staff was wonderful, everyone always friendly.
As for entertainment, there could be some more.
