Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”

I had a wonderful stay at L’Escape Seoul and was impressed by the entire experience. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. What stood out most was the service. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The location is also excellent. Overall, L’Escape Seoul exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful hotel with a distinctive personality, excellent service comfortable atmosphere. I would happily stay
