Residencial Bavaro Punta Cana Kid friendly Holidays

The area was beautiful, staff very friendly people, cleaning the rooms every day, not sure about restaurants i attended only the French I loved the food and serving, the other restaurants were booked in advance. The food in buffet needs improvement, Generally I would go back again I liked the resort.

My husband and I stayed at Live Aqua DR from Aug. 31st - Sept 5th. A few years ago, we stayed at the Live Aqua in Cancun and love it. PROS *Daniel, our butler was so kind, helpful and accessible. Several times a day, he touched base with me (via WhatsApp) to ensure we were enjoying our stay *Entire resort team did an amazing job to make our 21st wedding anniversary celebration memorable *Plenty of food options *Swim up room was a special *Nightlife was on point *Resort is beautiful. CONS The beach has been taken over by seaweed, but that is out of Live Aqua's control.

👍

We had a wonderful time staying at the resort. The weather was perfect, the resort was clean, the beach was amazing! We will be back!

The property was okay overall, but my experience was a bit up and down. When we first arrived, we were not given the room we had originally booked. Instead, we were placed in a room on the first floor that was honestly not acceptable. It had a strong bathroom smell and smelled like mold, and the furniture and overall room felt very old. The hotel itself is older, although it is generally well maintained. I asked to change rooms because I was traveling with my young child, who has special needs, and we were staying for a week, so the first room was simply not suitable for us. They eventually moved us to another room that was in much better condition and had a pool, which I appreciated. The food was actually good, and we enjoyed it overall. The staff was friendly to a certain extent, but I noticed that their attitude changed when we did not agree to some of the things they were asking us to sign up for, which seemed related to becoming a returning or preferred customer. The agent who was very attentive at the beginning also became much less responsive afterward. Overall, we did not have a bad vacation and we enjoyed ourselves, but I feel the service was much better when they had something to gain from us. The resort is all-inclusive, but the free drinks are average in quality. If you want better-quality beer or cocktails, you generally have to pay extra. Overall, it was okay, but it did not fully meet the expectations I had before arriving.
