I really liked staying here - and I was there for 2 full weeks. It's well maintained and the staff is very helpful. It is located 5 mins from Line 2 which was super convenient and there are many good stores/restaurants in the area. I had the breakfast add-on which I enjoyed; the options are a bit limited so it would be nice to get a bit of variety but overall it was a good experience!

Convenient to restaurant and shops. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Hotel was nice and clean.

The rooms were very clean and a good size. It was very conveniently ocated with easy access to the subway and airport shuttle service right outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. The only complaint is that the food at the hotel restaurant was not the best. Although there is a nice cafe downstairs. But, that is a very minor issue.

Loved the staff and their professionalism. Room was well kept. I felt the room was missing a microwave, but not necessary if you’re eating out. The breakfast is extra and costs as much as a dinner, so plan for that additional expense.

The hotel is not located in the most central place there isn't shops around for easy access. The hotel it self is magnificent. I really did enjoy it. I had a pool view room which was beautiful. Beds are comfortable , the shower was great . Plenty of room space. House keeping was great. The hotels buffet initially was fantastic I am unsure if it's a standard but not one dish changed in the 5 days of breakfast which was really uninspiring and thereafter difficult to kind of look forward to. But if you know Seoul as shops open very late it's not a bad idea to fuel yourself before you kick start the day. The chef's really should review variation rather than standardisation. The initial spark ran out after 3 days. They charge you to use the outdoor magnificent pool but it's a must use. As nobody uses it's an empty shell. It's a pity party really. It's a beautiful space with a life guard. They have a complex ordering system for food if needed no ideal. Room service is very limited and expensive, so is laundry . Will I stay here again . maybe a day or 2 . It's not got the location and money for value I am after. But overall It's a beautiful hotel.

Room was small but very clean, linens were good quality for a cheaper hotel. Desk staff is helpful, breakfast is basic but good if you need it. The best thing about this hotel is that it is quiet and clean while being reasonably priced in an unbeatable location. We spent 4 days/5 nights in Seoul and felt like this was the best and most central location we could have asked for in a room. Would recommend to anyone who is fine with basic amenities and is prioritizing location!

I would stay in Crown Park again. Highly recommend. Great location
