Very nice hotel in a great location by Umeda and Osaka station.
Only downside is rooms are not completely dark even with curtains at night due to light from surrounding buildings

This hotel was within walking distance of universal studios and universal city walk. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only complaint is that there should be a change machine for the laundry room since the washers and dryers only accept 100 jpy coins.

The hotel was very good though I had to pay and additional 19,000 yen to check in early. Also the amenities were not easy to use and hours not convenient.
