"The hotel is fairly close to station which makes it easier to travel around Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They also made some excellent recommendations on things to see and do in Osaka. Hotel facilities were good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to Osaka. "The room had enough space to open two big luggage. When you go to the onsen, the staff came often to make sure that it’s clean. Nice staff and there was convenience store in 1 min!"

"At night time, after 9pm, they provide free soba for guest that's staying. The hotel is a nice place with public bath and daily new towels even without us asking. The laundry is a bit of a hassle but if you time it, it's great service. The laundry wash comes with detergent and fabric softener. "
