Firstly, this place is not a motel. Slightly upmarket youth hostel possibly but not a motel. It is nothing like expected or promoted.
Our room was exceptionally small. One chair, tiny table and no wardrobe or cupboard.
To be fair the queen bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast was basic but nice. It was great to be able to chat to other travellers. The pool and outdoor area were neat and tidy.
While we were there, two groups left early (no refund).
The room's information folder mentions "No refunds" regularly.
Do not stay here.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, one of the best I've seen. Close to shops. Easy drive to Great Keppell Island Ferry Depot and Capricorn Caves.
