From the very efficient and effective check in, courteous customer service, and spotless room, our stay was great from the beginning. The place was spacious and modern. There was a big wrap around balcony (we had the two bedroom), and large kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. The only cons were the water pressure in the bathroom sink, and after a certain time, you cannot get more towels. House cleaning is "ask if you want", its not every day. For us we liked our privacy, so this worked for us. Another thing we loved was the quiet. The views were ok. Go ahead and book, you will not regret.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with excellent beach access and stunning views. However, our check-in experience was unpleasant. When we arrived at our assigned room and opened the door, we found a previous guest still inside, sleeping. Considering that only two out of three elevators were working, it took us about 20 minutes to reach the 18th floor and return to reception for a new room, which we then had to wait for. The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a great view. A couple of downsides, though: the soundproofing was poor—we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, and when their two kids cried through the night, we shared that experience too. Additionally, the shower lacked proper sealing, causing water to leak onto the floor. On the positive side, the beach service and the beach itself were outstanding! That’s probably what made me give this hotel 4 stars.

The room was spotless and well-appointed. The check-in and out was very smooth. The hotel’s location was perfect as we were in town for Scope Art Show, the staff were warm and welcoming. Next time I plan booking a room with a view and taking advantage of the complimentary bikes! Thank you

Would absolutely come back! Stunning hotel and room was a wow. Wrap around balcony was amazing with views for days. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bed was comfy and we really liked the hotel and location. Thanks Nobu!
