I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

We really enjoyed our two-week stay at Hotel The Botanik in Seoul. We had a suite, and it was spacious, with two walk-in closets. It also had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, washer/dryer, and even an interesting clothing "refresher." The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was nice, but the lighting in the bathroom was a little harsh. We did notice that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked them to be, and it seemed that they didn't get cleaned much, if any, while we were there. Overall, though, a great place to stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway just a couple of blocks away.

Great location as a home base for visitors who want to shop in Myeongdong. The cleaning staff were very thorough when making up the room and in each room are a set of stickers that you use to indicate items that can’t fit in the trash bin that you want to dispose of. The breakfast buffet was good; it offered a mix of Asian fare (congee, steamed dumplings, bibimbap station, pho station) and Western fare (egg station, cheeses, cured meats, fruit, waffles, pastries). The staff were very helpful too.
