⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
A special thank you goes to our concierge, Rafael Vasquez, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free and enjoyable.
We would also like to recognize Michael, one of the bartenders, who provided outstanding service with a smile every day. His friendly personality and great drinks added so much fun to our vacation.
Another big thank you to the two evening bartenders in the main lower lobby—both happened to have the same name (which unfortunately we forgot! 😂). They were always welcoming, attentive, and made every evening special. Their excellent service and positive energy did not go unnoticed.
And of course, a huge shout-out to Pepa from the entertainment team! She brought so much enthusiasm, fun, and energy to every activity. Her passion for making guests happy is truly remarkable.
Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Resort for creating such a fantastic experience. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

Excelente servicio del personal, hermoso en las afueras y piscina! El cuarto tiene sus detalles, olía a poso muro en el área del baño, en el cuarto a madera vieja y la cama no es muy cómoda. Fuera de eso, la pasamos muy bien.

We stayed at Zel for one week in June 2026. Overall it was a pleasant experience, suites were quite nice, it was quiet and private. The swimming pools were ok, a bit dated where you notice some wear and tear but generally ok. If you are looking for a quiet and private vacation you won’t be disappointed. We used the tennis courts (not included), gym and those were top notch. One nice thing I would say is that you also get access to the neighboring resort Palma real and their facilities, so if you like more of a party vibe then check that out daily. The food was good overall, but I never understood why there was no mango in the buffet fruit section, but when I asked for it they brought it out.
A few reservations though, considering that Zel is one of the premium Melia brands. We arrived at around 3:30pm, and were starving ss you may expect after running through airports and traveling for over 6 hrs. To our surprise it was hard to find anything to eat, the buffet was closed, just some pizza slices which I don’t really care for.
We went to have dinner at Nokyo restaurant, the hostess kept us waiting to be seated for 15 min and accommodated everyone else who came after us. That’s not acceptable so we left.
Food at Tacorini is ok but often you don’t get what is advertised in the menu, there are items missing in the plate. Most sides default to fries so make sure you ask.
There is a fee for beach bali beds but some are ripped, pillows missing and not enough free umbrellas and shade
