The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open..."

Expected a very great deal more, especially as we had a junior suite which was just a slightly bigger room with a bed with just the frame of a 4 poster bed. The bathroom was ok but the towels small and thin. Alcohol in the room was free (4 small, bottles of whisky, vodka etc) but soft drinks and water were chargeable!
