This is a great property away from the strip. Very clean and the pool area is really classy. One note is that it is a pet friendly hotel so great for those who need it, not great for those with allergies.

Quiet hotel away from the strip's party lifestyle. Short drive to many shopping area's. Great place to go stay for a relaxing vacation on a budget.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was impeccable. If you book dont worry about using the resort shuttle, just take the 202 bus into town. A 24 hr pass is $5 and can be used for all of the city busses including the deuce on the strip. The 202 is very nice, clean, and cool. And it runs every 15 mins rather than every hour like the resort shuttle.

Incredible All-Around Experience at Resorts World Las Vegas! Resorts World is truly a one-stop destination for everything you could want in a Las Vegas getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern design, friendly staff, and the incredible amenities throughout the property. The pool complex is one of the best on the Strip—beautifully designed with multiple pools, private cabanas, and even an adults-only infinity pool with amazing views. It’s the perfect place to unwind or soak up the Vegas sun in style. The Awana Spa is next-level. The thermal experiences, vitality pools, and sauna rituals are unlike anything else in Vegas. It’s luxurious, calming, and incredibly well done—worth every moment. The fitness center is top-notch too. Everything is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest gear including Peloton bikes and recovery tools. You don’t feel like you’re missing a beat even while on vacation. Dining options are endless—whether you’re grabbing quick bites at the Famous Foods Street Eats hall or sitting down at upscale spots like Carversteak or Genting Palace, everything we tried was exceptional. The shopping is also impressive, with a great mix of luxury brands and unique boutiques, all within easy reach in The District. It’s nice to have high-end retail right on property without ever needing to leave. And of course, the casino and gaming options are fantastic—spacious, clean, and full of energy. The hotel was gorgeous and it smelled amazing. All staff were courteous and attentive. I have no complaints.

Great hotel and room was good. However heated pool service which they claimed is not true. Also the location of the hotel is dirty. Their roadside sidewalks are unclean and just don’t feel comfortable until you get to newer development which was close atleast.

Hotel rooms very comfortable and bathrooms generous but dining room and food was very disappointing . You cannot compare the dining room decorations and quality and choice of food and service to the Carlyle Hotel across the street where we usually stay while in Manhattan. I would never go back to the Mark highly overrated !

Everything was so clean

Great location. Easy parking. Majority of staff were really friendly & helpful; sadly a couple we encountered on the morning of our check out were down right rude. Fantastic drinks served in the lounge, breakfast drinks selection good, breakfast food average.
