A clean and quiet room in a great neighborhood bordering Little Italy and Chinatown. Very close two subway stations (5 min walk), which means Broadway shows and uptown museums are a 20-min subway ride away. No hotel restaurant, but that is not necessary because there is an abundance of food in every direction. I would stay here again.

I brought my teen niece and nephew to nyc for a couple of days.
Great location - close but quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly and our room was spacious.

This is our first stay here and have booked it again for when we return. Room was decent size, modern, comfortable, and clean. Breakast was a very well run buffet service, and was reasonably priced for NYC. Lobby was also very well kept and staff were friendly. Easy walk to the MOMA and Broadway shows.

It was great, the only thing was that we ran out of shower gel and they were not able to refill the bottle in the shower instead they provided small soap bar.

Hotel rooms very comfortable and bathrooms generous but dining room and food was very disappointing . You cannot compare the dining room decorations and quality and choice of food and service to the Carlyle Hotel across the street where we usually stay while in Manhattan. I would never go back to the Mark highly overrated !
