The rooms were spacious and nice but the mini bar meant there was no fridge space. Coffee in the room was $16 for a Keurig, which wouldn’t have been a big deal since there was better coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby, but that was a construction zone when we woke up our second day. It’s far from all of the Mandalay Bay amenities. Some rideshare drivers will not drop you off or pick you up from W, only Mandalay Bay. We came back to an unexpected room service delivery but there was no charge for it and they said we could keep it and the cold quesadilla was appreciated, honestly. The views were stellar and having multiple bathrooms was great. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to different floors to find it. I’d probably stay there again for the price though.

What stood out the most during my stay was how important they make you feel as a guest. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the casino staff, everyone delivered flawless service with a personal touch. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people staying with them.
