Ko Ngai All inclusive Holidays

The adjacent family units were great, spacious and with comfortable beds. Excellent fitness room, kayaking opportunity and large swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was great. Walking to and from our units was is a good workout, alternatively you can call for golf cart service.

Stayed in a swim up room beside the adult pool for 1 week which was fantastic and gave easy access to main amenities in the hotel. Things we loved - the spa (treatments were amazing), the food and drinks at the pool bar (great choice and everything we tried was delicious), the quiet and easy going vibe around the pool with plenty of sun loungers for all. The shuttle into town is a great option, however it's really cheap to get a Grab and give yourself the flexibility of coming and going on your own schedule. Things that could be improved: Breakfast - not as good as we hoped with luke warm hot options, pre-cooked and re-warmed poached eggs. Best breakfast bits were the fruit selection and freshly made omelettes. Beach - the area directly in front of the hotel is clean and beautiful, but progress round the first bush to go for a walk and there's plastic and general rubbish washed up / dropped on shore. Such a shame in such a beautiful location. Good hotel with lovely staff but a little bit more attention to detail could make it great.

Me and my niece’s stay at Deevana was DIVINE. Upon arrival, they were so kind in greeting me and helping me get checked in quickly. I was then given an ice cold towel and a small drink of butterfly tea with honey and lemon while I completed my check in. They took my bags straight to my room which was located right near the pool. We were able to walk to grab food that was right near the beach. There were a few delicious restaurants right in the area. They offered happy hour onsite attire pool and indoor restaurant and an oriental spa (that I wish i would have tried. The decor was very cute and quaint. The breakfast selection was good. I would definitely return to Deevana Resort & Spa!!

We had an unforgettable and truly magical two-day stay at Phulay Bay. From the moment we made our booking, every interaction—both before arrival and during our time at the hotel—was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and effortlessly create a welcoming atmosphere; from the second we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special mention must go to Anna, our personal butler, who was outstanding and deserves the highest praise. She went above and beyond to ensure we made the absolute most of our short stay, anticipating our needs with care and thoughtfulness. One of the highlights was the complimentary trip to Hong Island on the resort’s longtail boat—an experience we’ll always remember. The kids were equally delighted with the stunning infinity pool overlooking the islands. Breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an impressive variety of unique and delicious options. Standout dishes included the blue crab omelette and the local lobster omelette—both absolutely superb. The Thai restaurant Sri Tang is equally exceptional, with ingredients sourced locally or grown on-site, resulting in vibrant, authentic flavours that truly impressed us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul, the Food & Beverage Manager, at the hotel’s cocktail party. His passion and enthusiasm for the cuisine were infectious and the dining experience at Sri Tang certainly lived up to his description. We were genuinely disappointed to be leaving so soon and will return!

Great location. Almost opposite 7/11, laundry service, amd lots of baes and restaurants etc in walking dustance. Roght on a stunning, long, quiet beacj, beautifully sandy. Lovely big room and msssive bed. Great housekeepingbservice. Lovely restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel is good, you can walk or take a short scooter/taxi ride to a range of restaurants and other beaches. The beach at the hotel is stunning and quiet. Our negatives were - we had dinner at the hotel one evening and although friendly, the service was extremely slow and we ended up leaving before dessert as we'd been waiitng so long. The food itself was lovely. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony of the room took a long time to fill. Bear this in mind if you opt for this room, you'll need to wait a while before each use. The shower was a bit dated with poor water pressure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future
