Hotel room was clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. Hotel staff were so nice!!! I love the shops that are available in the hotel. Very convenient that the hotel was right across from Waikiki Beach. Ocean front room is well worth it, beautiful views.

It was a lovely place to stay right on Waikiki Beach, wonderful resort with lots of on-site activities, tours that can be booked through them, wonderful staff. Both restaurants had excellent food!

Wonderful resort but service issues. Gorgeous property. Nice swimming area in calm protected cove. Loved the lobby, gardens and common areas - beautiful artwork. Pools excellent, relaxing places to lounge, complimentary yoga and bikes. Food exceptional. Extremely rude service almost daily at hostess desk and from a couple of servers at the breakfast and lunch at HaLani restaurant. Housekeeping, surf shack, market cafe and bell desk staff all great. Front desk staff helpful, gave us late check out. Rooms very clean. Spa treatment excellent. Spa does not have steam or sauna. Watch your invoice - we had a charge over $172.00 that was not ours. Front desk removed it. Had two rooms. One had broken drain that took 3 repair requests/days to fix. Rooms small but beautiful, comfortable beds, high end bath products. Lanai large, great views. Check in disappointing- one couple not given lei greeting until later because person in charge too busy socializing - was unintentional oversight. Beautiful property, excellent amenities, delicious food. If you expect excellent service you may want to stay elsewhere. Rudeness of HaLani restaurant hostess was not a one off. Never had this kind of problem anywhere else in Hawaii. We stayed at another resort the following week and contrast in service was significant. Too many options to spend vacation dealing with service issues. Did not bother to report - preferred to head to beach and enjoy day.

The location is good and is close to beach . The staff is friendly and supportive 。

It was a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was nice and attentive, especially the front desk team. They made the check-in process smooth and were always quick to help with any questions I had. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

Love the KQ! Highly recommend. Will continue to support this location. Perfect for foodies and beach access but slightly off the main strip.
