Clean room, great staff. Central Location to food and shopping. Beach access is down the way a little. Rain closed the pool and amenities, but when you only have a few days on vacation everyone was still in the pool and looking for service

My wife and I came to Waikiki for her Birthday and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel Greeted us with a lovely gift and an excellent room on the 31at floor. What an amazing view of Diamond Head! The room was vleaned and aupplies refreshed daily. The Adults Popl and HotbTub were absolutely wonderful. The location is also excellent for all.of what you might want to do.

Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great, making it very walkable to great restaurants my only real complaint is they only have one pool for the whole hotel which makes it very crowded. Also the hot tubs were closed more than they were open. There is a very small amount of common space to enjoy on the property.
