Cute hotel. Great location. They have a $30/night amenity fee, but no matter the length of your stay, they charge you for certain amenities if you want them more than once. Loved the s’mores, they should have been included for every night. None of the water bottle refill stations and half of the ice makers did not work on our floor. I would never complain about such things, but when the hotel makes a point that they are charging an extra fee for their amenities, things should work!

The Hawaiian theme was great. Lush and beautiful. The convenience to the beach. Parking was great. Friendly staff and guests.

This is a scam. The property was great. However, you make your reservation through Expedia and it tells you the “final price” but that is NOT true. The hotel charges you all kinds of fees, including a pet fee of $150 per night and they don’t tell you that in advance.

Golden Nugget has been my usual favorite place to stay in Vegas for many years. Not so great or happy this year. They went to kiosks to check in and no hotel clerks, except for 1 who was only for VIP’s. Kiosk didn’t work right and had to get help (1 person to help for all kiosks) to get room keys. Room in Carson Tower had wallpaper falling off wall, rusted bathroom door and rust in the tub. No hairdryer. Had to request from house keeping. They brought a broken one that sparked. Had to leave room with wet hair. ( they did finally bring 1 that worked). Pool was drained for 2 of the 4 days we were there, as someone broke glass in the pool. Played slots for several hours and couldn’t get a cocktail waitress . Had to ask 3 times at bar/ a pit boss to please send someone. Don’t know if I’ll be going back there. Sadly, that never used to even be a question if we were staying there. Nugget, please upgrade your service and repairs on your rooms if you want people to come back.

Beautiful property great service

Check-in was very slow and they took a long time to hand over the rooms. The lady who handed over the keys was super friendly and very professional. I don't remember, but she was an older woman with white hair.

Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back for the 3x

Excellent hotel. Check in was easy. Our room was large and clean. All staff were lovely and helpful. My only complaint is that the cigarette smoke in the casino permeates the entire lower floor. The restaurants were just not enjoyable to visit with burning eyes and a stuffy nose from the cigarette smoke nearby. I will admit, I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so for me I would opt for a non smoking property in the future.

Need grab bars in the bathrooms for safety and umbrellas at the pool for shade. Also need daily maid service for the rooms.
