Suitcase went missing for over an hour, we were in room 452 suitcase was delivered to 752. At Breakfast Sat down to eat,then got up to refill my drink returned to find it had been cleared away, so had to go up to get another breakfast.

The room was excellent upgraded to executive room but close to renovation. Of executive lounge but all work was between 09:00 - 16:00 the bar lounge was good great service and choice the breakfast was excellent great choice would stay here again great location for everything.
