The place is beautiful and is in a great location! The first staff member was pleasant and we paid for an upgrade to a suite but when we went to the room, they gave us a room that someone was already checked into. We walked in on other people with shock. Went back down and spoke to a different staff member who was rude and unapologetic about it and brushed it off like it happens all the time. Gave us a different room on a different floor and wasn't willing to do anything for the inconvenience. The room was very spacious and clean however the lighting is poor throughout the room especially in the bathroom and there are no outlets in the bathroom to do your hair, so you are having to do your hair from the coffee station outside the bathroom which is not ideal. Not sure if that is the norm for the UK.

The hotel is in an amazing area, its so nice and peaceful. The bed was a lot firmer from what I would usually like and the walk down to the bus stop at the bottom is all on the main driveway road, but other than that its an amazing place, with fantastic staff
