Attractive rooms, well maintained and good facilities. Reception staff helpful but not immediately attentive on arrival, which let them down a little. That said, would stay again.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The dinner was amazing at a reasonable cost. Service was polite and punctual.

The property and the staff was great. If I could recommend an improvement it would be to change the tub for a shower. The tub was tall and narrow making it hard and somewhat dangerous to get in and out.

One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced. Staff was professional and accommodating, perfect location with dozens of dining options all within a 5 minute walk. Half a block from the metro. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire facility was very clean. This hotel is highly rated and I would stay here again next time I visit Amsterdam! A+++

The room was nice the staff was great upon arrival. We enjoyed dinner at the bar. We had a do not disturb sign on our door but the room was cleaned anyway. We only stayed 2 nights & didn’t plan for that.

Rooms & Comfort: 4/5 (Modern, Quiet, and Spacious) ​The rooms are generally modern, clean, and well-equipped. ​Spacious Options: The hotel is highly praised for its spacious studio and one-bedroom suite options, which often include a separate sofa bed and a small kitchenette/living area, making them ideal for families or groups of 3-4 people. ​Sleep Quality: Rooms feature memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets, and excellent soundproofing (often triple-glazing), which is crucial given the busy central London location. Guests frequently report a very peaceful night's sleep. ​In-Room Amenities: Standard amenities include plasma TVs, minibars, and complimentary toiletries (often Elemis).
