Loved the support of Blue Jays. Great location. Nice size room. Good shower and water pressure, and bathroom amenities including body cream, most appreciated. Front desk staff did all possible for early checkin, as we were heading to a memorial service and needed to get ready. Bathroom sink was leaking onto shelves below which I reported for next guest. Overall, a good experience.

The AC in my assigned room didn't work, the front desk staff pivoted and promptly gave me a new room, seamless.

The bed was very nice. The laundry service was as scheduled. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen facilities were a plus. A pity that the restaurant facilities were not available during my stay, but the hotel accomodated complimentary coffee in the early morning.

Weird floorplan of lobby and other floors. No translucent privacy curtains. $50 early checkin charge is rediculous. Elevarors are slow. Staff is pleasant and helpful, although they couldn't identify the channel for the Blue Jays playoff game. Cleanliness was very good. I'd suggest an option to have the room serviced certain days custom selected days, like every other day or only once midweek. Only option is every day or not at all.
