We had a wonderful family holiday at Oasis Oaks. Location close to back beach and central shopping area a 20-15min walk. Facilities and staff were excellent.

We stayed in Morris #517. This is an excellent well appointed, clean and remodeled unit. Some of the common areas have not been as well maintained, and a number of areas are currently being worked on. This is a mix of long term rentals, residents and short term holiday units. The local by the Cultural district is unparalleled in Cairns and makes this a great choice for active folks. the airplanes do land/take off nearby, so if that would be a bother to you please be sure to consider. For us, no worries.

Breakfast great, everything great but without a car it was so far away from anything, even a fair walk from a bus stop. It was easy to get an Uber but I just didn’t realise it wasn’t near a Station or public transport. This was rather important to me as I am 85ys old and I attended with my granddaughter 31. Couldn’t fault the beautiful views and surroundings but I was just unprepared for the actual location. Sorry

Need more car parking bays as very hard to find parking And should have noise restrictions after 10pm

Location is great. The common coffee machine and eating area are good. We didn't use their laundry machine, but their laundry service looked excellent, as they even provide detergent.

Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Very convenient and the rooms was amazing.

Fabulous 4 night trip to Hayman. Just the most beautiful scenery and grounds and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed the excursions snorkeling and seeing Whitehaven Beach. We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and the availability of the laundry machine. Clean room. Location is pretty good.
