Very efficient and friendly staff plus great food

Very nice location, staff all excellent, food awesome, rooms good, bed firm yet comfy, would definitely visit again.

Smaller resort, which was actually nice b/c it is more relaxing. Gorgeous pool area. We stayed in an over-water bungalow, which was spacious and lovely. The only complaint I would say is it would have been nice to have a chair. Like just a regular chair to sit in. There wasn't one in the room or on the deck (only lounge chairs). Got a free bottle of sparkling wine delivered to our room, which was a nice surprise. Food was outrageously expensive, which I expected, but what I did not expect is that every meal we had there was terrible. I mean borderline inedible bad. It was either unappetizing or completely flavorless. Breakfast was $50 for the buffet and it was limited and not good. I was going to try the pizza until I saw someone put their room service tray outside their bungalow with only one piece gone from 2 whole pizzas! So, it must have been bad. Drinks were fine. We ended up eating at the restaurant across the street from the resort one night and it was fantastic. Highly recommend that (Manuia Grill). "Town" is about a 5 min walk and there are some nice shops there and some additional restaurants. There is a breakfast/lunch place that I would definitely recommend over spending $50pp at the resort. Having some shops and restaurants walking distance was a nice bonus as some resorts you are basically captive b/c there is no place to go without a car/taxi. I would definitely stay here again, I just wouldn't eat at the resort.

Great location. The lagoon infront was amazing and you literally can swim with a turtle in that lagoon. Staff were super friendly and good variety of food in options. Must visit

Excellent staff who makes the stay perfect

Fabulous 4 night trip to Hayman. Just the most beautiful scenery and grounds and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed the excursions snorkeling and seeing Whitehaven Beach. We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night.

We loved the friendly local staff and hospitality. Breakfast was okay. Room was okay but shower barely worked. Prefer adults only resorts. Way too many kids for our liking and pool wasn't very good for adults. Nowhere near big enough. Music blaring constantly making it hard to have some peace and quiet.

Food here was wonderful especially the seafood buffet and Asian night! Room smelt mouldy (downstairs), they upgraded our room which was nice, still ground floor so still smelly. But I think because of recent water leakage issues downstairs. Great pool, kids had a ball.

We were supposed to get a bottle of wine as part of our gold membership of Expedia. That never eventuated. There was a kettle but no tea and coffee making items in the room. Reception was contacted but no response.

Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!
