Some great aspects - very spacious, comfy beds and huge pool. But let down by showers without hot water and the buffet breakfast being swapped out for a limited packed breakfast with no coffee!

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

Comfy place to spend a night. Good ac, comfy bed, cute room and patio. Breakfast included was yummy. Did not feel safe walking around at night alone as a solo woman, but did get out in the morning. ATM and 7-11 close by. I recommend for a night stay.

Every employee wears a sincere smile. From the front desk receptionist to the room service staff, they proactively identify guests' needs and provide timely assistance, resulting in an excellent service experience!

This was our last stop before flying back to the UK. Hotel was beautiful, very friendly staff, our room was perfect. The breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in. The casino was huge, being from the UK it is very odd being in a room where people smoke, which as a non-smoker I personally didn't like, notwithstanding I understand different cultures have different rules.
