Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

Near airport bus stop and myeondong shopping streets , night market, daiso, department stores. Line 4 metro

Wasn’t as clean for a hotel (over $200 per night). Not sure if it was the shower curtain or the bathtub but smelled nasty, didn’t want to shower there. Bed also had a few hairs left, not mine! Felt like it wasn’t really thoroughly cleaned. Felt more like an expensive motel.

Hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Concierge catered to our every need, including giving advice on bookings and reserving taxis. Special thanks to Gin who was very helpful, kind and empathetic. When we encountered a problem with our room the staff could not have been more helpful and we are grateful to them. The views from the rooftop pool are stunning. Our room was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Good location near a bus stop and metro station with restaurants and cafes near by. Also close to the Hyundai Seoul Mall. Highly recommend this hotel, mainly for the friendly staff!

J’ai eu une expérience remarquable. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été impeccable : personnel chaleureux, service à la clientèle attentionné et même un verre de bienvenue pour commencer le séjour. On se sent immédiatement bien pris en charge. La suite était magnifique, spacieuse, élégamment décorée dans un style feutré et très confortable. Le fait qu’elle soit non-fumeur était également très apprécié. L’accès au spa constitue un véritable avantage, particulièrement après un long vol : c’est l’endroit idéal pour relaxer, récupérer du décalage horaire et profiter pleinement de son arrivée en Corée. Le complexe offre également plusieurs excellents restaurants à proximité, avec une nourriture de grande qualité et un service rapide et efficace. Honnêtement, il n’y a rien à redire sur l’expérience globale. Pour les voyageurs internationaux qui recherchent un hôtel de grande qualité près de l’aéroport d’Incheon, que ce soit pour une nuit ou pour un séjour plus long, je recommande l'établissement. La navette d’autobus entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel est également très pratique. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait la communication concernant cette navette. Il n’est pas évident de savoir exactement où la trouver à l’aéroport. Ces informations devraient idéalement être transmises clairement au moment de la réservation. À part ce détail, tout était vraiment parfait. Un hôtel exceptionnel. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable visit. The location was also super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I’d definitely stay here again!
