My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. "I was not aware that the cleaning fee was charged separately and only learned about it at check-in. I was informed that I would receive the check-in instructions only after making the payment, which was unexpected and did not make for a welcoming arrival experience. "

"Prédio novo, apartamento muito bem decorado e com todos os utensílios necessários. A localização é perfeita, próximo a estação de metro e muitas facilidades da região, como uma padaria maravilhosa em frente. Recomendo de olhos fechados. O único ponto negativo é a falta de estacionamento para quem está de carro e a rua é bem difícil achar vaga."

"Ac wasn’t working, for basically 2 days. Communication is very difficult, all is done through WhatsApp text and rarely you have a real person on the other side. They only gave us 2 bath towels and one hand towel, they charge you extra for another set. The unit wasn’t very clean and bed sheets have spots all over. I will not go back !"
