The facility was outstanding! Staff were professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding area and activities. Indoor and outdoor heated pool with spa facilities made for an exciting time. Would gladly stay here again.

Was such a lovely spot. Close to the station yet very quiet. Incredible breakfast. staff were Attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want a luxurious stay with incredible views of the Matterhorn from the deluxe suite!

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern aber recht eng, das Bett hat fast das ganze Zimmer in beschlag genommen. Es hat Touchpads für Licht und Ventilation im Bad, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für mich. Am Bett hat es USB und USB-C Ladestecker, das fand ich sehr praktisch. Erst am 2. Tag hatten wir die Badetücher für den Körper, wir nutzen vorher Handtücher zum Duschen und Waschlappen zum händetrocken, wir hatten uns noch gewundert. Es hatte auch nur einen Bademantel im Schrank. Es hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank (war leer, vermutlich hätten 2 Wasserflaschen reingehört) und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine die allerdings einen Schuko Stecker mit Adapter drauf hatte. Man musste entweder den Kühlschrank ausstecken oder die Kaffeemaschine auf den Schreibtisch verschieben und dort einstecken. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, warmes wie kaltes Essen, Fleisch und Käse hätte ich mir allerdings etwas schöner angerichtet gewünscht. Das SPA haben wir leider nicht genutzt, sah bei der Besichtigung schön aus. Was ich auch toll fand, auch wenn wir es nicht genutzt haben, wir hätten das Zimmer abgeben könnten und unsere Sachen danach im Hotel im Schrank deponieren können und vor der Heimfahrt doch noch duschen können.

Excepcional servicio un poco mal situado

Hotel bien reformado muy cerca de la estacion de tren de Zermatt pero lejos del Sunnega para subir a pistas asi como de la vida nocturna restaurantes y pubs/disco. Servivio muy amable , instalaciones muy correctas , habitacion muy muy grande para ser estacion de esqui y mobiliaro moderno. Desayuno excepcionalmete bueno por calidad de la cocina y del servicio. Un poco caro al tener una localizacion optima
