"This place is centrally located next to a train/subway station which was great since we were using the train/subway multiple times to get around. Also it was next to several great restaurants that were within a 5 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious."

"Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you can’t have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom you’d see on a boat. Number of guests they’re squeezing in is likely the issue with the elevator, so many rooms with so few elevators. Had included breakfast but it was so jammed with people we only were able to use it once. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean."
