"The staff was nice but the facility is old and moldy everywhere. We couldn’t find any other hotels that were available to we stayed but I don’t think I would stay there again because of how old and moldy it was. "

APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in a great area that has restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. The bus and subway station was a 2 minutes walk away. The only confusion we had in the first day or two was their air-conditioning system. They sent us a notice that the room air conditioning was part of the central system and that we couldn't control it in each room, but that wasn't true. After the 2nd day we found that we could control our room air conditioning system, and so we were able to set the temperature to our liking at night when we returned from our outings. There were other on-site amenities like public baths and coin laundry machines, but we did not use them. "
"This was definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. It was very affordable, convenient and walkable from major stations. In a location that makes it easy to get around anywhere you want! The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the view from the window was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and kind, and I will definitely return to this hotel. I loved the area it was in and my overall experience here was wonderful. Thank you Sakura Hotel!! "
