"We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on food. Staff pleasant, clean and comfortable room. Good central location, 10 min walk from market place, tram stop close by. My only negative is the strong smell of food throughout the hotel including corridors outside room due to a restaurant being attached and it wasn’t pleasant depending on what they were cooking. "

"Beautiful place! Helpful staff. We needed an outlet adapter. They loaned us one. When we asked if there was anywhere nearby we could purchase one, they said, "no need to waste your vacation time looking for one." (Although it was used) they allowed us to purchase theirs. Incredibly thoughtful and considerate of our vacation! The hot tub wasn't working, which was disappointing, as it's one of the reasons we booked that place. "This is an ok hotel close to the airport. The rooms are small so not much room for luggage. The staff were nice but the breakfast was as picked over and not replenished when we got there. We chose to stay at another hotel on our way out of Basel. "
