"Das Hotel war insgesamt für eine Nacht ganz ok. Leider konnten wir unser Zimmer nicht wie versprochen ab 15 Uhr beziehen, sondern mussten fast eine Stunde im Foyer auf die Putzfrau warten. Als wir dann drin waren, haben wir leider noch einiges an Schmutz vom Vorgänger vorgefunden. Insbesondere der Balkon wurde überhaupt gar nicht gereinigt."
