"Ich wurde im Hotel Sternen herzlich empfangen und habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass ich trotz meiner viel zu frühen Ankunft bereits um 8 Uhr morgens einchecken durfte – ganz unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis. Das hat mir den Tag enorm erleichtert. Das Hotel selbst ist charmant rustikal und sehr gemütlich. Man spürt sofort eine warme, familiäre Atmosphäre. "I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Our only suggestion for improvement would be some better lighting in the room as it was very difficult to get ready to go out in evening."

"It was absolutely fantastic. An old Villa transformed in a boutique hotel with great personality. It is like to be at home but even better! Many languages are spoken there! Rooms are gigantic and furniture is practical yet with a neat design, although the rooms look very romantic. The cosy lounge at the first floor with the balcony and the garden outside complete the picture...."

"There is nobody at the reception desk in the evening. You are on your own. Church bells ring constantly at night and are noisy. No free parking. No AC. Old and simple. It cost 5X what it is worth. Avoid it!!!!"
