"The one BIG challenge of the hotel was getting in. The hotel is one a very busy street and there is barely room for a car in front of it's metal security gate. Twice it was needed to go in the opposite lane, in a slight space in the traffic. All other drivers around understands, so it's doable. The last challenging point - it is next to the airport, so the sound of planes landing and taking off is a part of the experience. Once in, the hotel staff were fine to work with and the shuttle we needed to be at the airport was perfect. The room was fine for a quick night. AC worked fine, bed was comfortable. If I make it back to Costa Rica, I would consider staying here again."

"Excellent clean room with good WiFi and great breakfast. If can or given the choice take a second floor room. Although less convenient for luggage, will be a little quieter for those with 4am departures, who care not for those self important and inconsiderate guests checking in and out, who think that all will wish to know about their arrival or departure. Granted this is not a fault of the hotel or the staff, such is the world we live in these days. Pool at the hotel looked great, albeit didn’t use, and gym was adequate for an overnight stop over. Parking has wide spaces so you don’t have to worry about your rental getting banged with door/baggage etc"

"Room was clean, good amenities and fantastic location for the airport so helps with convenience. Breakfast also pretty good, reasonable buffet selection without being too much. Coffee was superb (Britt). Only issue we had was first time staying they only had a room with a sofabed left even though we booked a room with two doubles. Not ideal after 12 or so hours travelling but staff tried to do their best with extra bedding etc."

"This is the most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed! Our room and the view was immaculate! The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating. This beautiful hidden gem is tucked away in the lush green jungle up in the mountains. I’ve never seen anything like it. We hiked the entire property! What an adventure. There’s 5 waterfalls tucked away in the jungle, a farm, gardens, and OMG the bamboo forest! OMG! We planted trees on the property that are staked with our names so we can come back over the year’s and see our tree grow. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Yes! Delicious! Chef’s kiss! This is the most peaceful, most beautiful, experience ever! Book it, yes."
