"Check in process was great! Wilson was so friendly, Alexa in breakfast area was very helpful, lived every smile. Fred in restaurant area was very helpful and kind, and Ruiz the van driver was great at his job, knowledgeable, and had wonderful English but helped me with my Spanish. The location is great and close after a very long plane ride and the van pick up was on the 45 minute each hour. The room is large. Bed comfortable. Nice pillows and linen."
