Very stylish, comfortable room.
The Zadera hotel room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Also an amazing location in the old Town. We would definitely recommend this delightful room.

Perfect location. Within 5 min walk to ferry, sea organ, restaurants and sights. Good size room with large spa-like bathroom. Highly recommend this property.

The location of the property was great. It was well located but still quiet. The room was clean, modern, nice. They don't have a front desk so you have to make an appointment the check-in. You have to be precise about it.

Beautiful room with the perfect location!
Beautiful room with the perfect location! This accommodation is walking distance to everything you need, although parking nearby is difficult. In our room, we had a bathtub in the centre of the room - and I don't usually make time day to day for baths so thought I'd take the opportunity. Be warned that it takes so long to fill even just 1/3 that it's not worth it. However everything else about the room was just perfect. Air con, spacious, comfortable bed, blackout windows, quiet, with storage space and all you'd need such as coffee, hair dryer and a nice bathroom. Our host was welcoming and let us check-in early. There's also a shared kitchen space should you want to prep food. Highly recommend!

Good quiet location in the old town
We were in room 1 which was a very nice and spacious room set within the old town with less than a five minute walk to the sea organ and less than a minute walk to the start of all the shops, bars, restaurants and sites. Although close to the start of the local amenities, this is a very quiet area with a small garden and church opposite. Kolovare beach is about a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious, very clean, lovely modern decor and very comfortable. The king size bed was also very comfortable. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room along with a fridge with two small bottles of complimentary water. There is an iron and ironing board and plenty of hanging and cupboard space for clothes etc. The bathroom is a good size complimentary toiletries, a walk in shower and plenty of space for your own toiletries. The main entrance door to the rooms brings you into a very modern decorated area with a sofa and shared kitchenette. The rooms are along a bright corridor from this.

Amazing stay!
The best accommodation I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this accomodation for anyone visiting Zadar, Old Town.

Great location and quieter area of the old town. Good value price and had everything we needed including the air con when got weather. Electric shutters and heavy lined curtains making the room dark even when middle of the day if wanting a break. Had coffee maker, kettle, urning board and iron, safe, fridge, blanket if you wanted it, duvet which is nice with air con on, we were happy with it Service / check in was fine - just let us in and gave us the keys (limited English but all info needed in app and ‘rental guide’) Large lump under flooring in room 3 near entrance to bathroom and this room being nearer to front door meant we did hear other guests walking past at night or early in the morning which was a little disturbing, but otherwise very quiet Would be happy to stay again

Great choice
We had a wonderful stay - only for one night, but wish we had booked longer! The host was super helpful and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We would definitely recommend!

Awesome
Amazing experience! Host very very nice and accommodating. She gave us advice and tips to go around the city and made us feel supported. Location is great too, and I found parking on the street nearby. Definitely recommend!

We were very tired and we had to wait 10 minutes out in the street not knowing if we were at the right place for the manager to let us in. She also told us she would get us milk for the coffee in the morning and she didn’t.

beautifully designed room, very stylish. location was fantastic! literally a couple of minutes walk to everything. Inga the owner was incredibly kind and concerned that we enjoyed everything in the town at the best time. we drove there and parking was easy to find in the next street and pay for at a meter. This is not a hotel. it's a room with shared kitchen. own bathroom though and feels very fancy. you are given your own keys to get in and out of the building and room. Zadar was lovely and this accommodation was in the perfect to appreciate the sunset next to the sea organ. would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Zadera! I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the Covid-19 precautions taken to ensure safety and limited contact. The Accomodation is situated perfectly in the city and walking distance to all points of interest. The host was very wonderful and friendly and gave us many good tips and recommendations.

Welcoming, friendly, clean, modern, spacious, perfect location, great value for money, all the necessary amenities, and Inga the perfect hostess who was always there if we needed anything. Modern stylish and comfortable
entrance to apartments as a little run down but the internal apartment was just Fab. Really modern and clean and stylish. Really big bathroom, tea in the room but also a mini shared kitchen.

lovely Zadera in Zadar!
I fell in love with Zadar and being located in the center of the old town was amazing! The mini hotel was truly lovely! Lovely beds, a huge tub in the room! Though it didn’t say they offered breakfast they offered coffee, cereals, cookies, candy and other goodies to start or end your day. I must say the Zadera was very difficult to find. We circled and found several dead ends before landing there.

Great location. The apartment block is deceptive as it is also residential but once inside it is a different story. Beautifully decorated with good beds and bedding. Shared kitchen down the corridor with another apartment which is also very well kitted out with espresso machine, fridge etc. Very close to town centre and waterfront. Parking is a challenge though we were lucky and found a free space but almost all parking is now pay at machines. Would definitely recommend.

Zadera Accomodation is an absolute gem! Fantastic location with a lovely welcome. The room was amazing and the breakfast offered at the nearby Hotel Bastion is incredible. Parking is available outside (zone 2, 140kn / day).

The room is so beautiful, clean & confortable with big bath tube , shower and good hot water system, good location, just the parking lot is a bit difficuilt (need to park at rood side with meter payment or SMS app)

Fantastic stay
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Zadera Accommodation. The rooms are luxuriously done and the apartment is ideally situated. The host, Inga, was absolutely fantastic and full of tips about what to see and where to eat.

The apartment is new and modern. The amenities are in good conditions. Enjoyed the coffee at the common pantry. Very near (3min walk) to the sea organ and the sunset viewpoint. Also close to the town sqaure. The host Inga is very friendly and responsive. We have arrived earlier than the expected checkin time and she has opened the door for us to check in. She also recommended good restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommend it.

Simply amazing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zadar and at Zadera Accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. It is perfectly located for seeing Zadar and just a few minutes away from the airport bus stop. We purchased breakfast which is served at a nearby hotel just a minute's walk away and was excellent. Inga was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much effort and she helped make our stay perfect.

A little gem in Zadar
Fabulous boutique hotel, virtually steps away from the Sea Organ. The room is beautiful and sparkling clean and there are many small touches to make your stay more comfortable. The reception was so warm and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.
