"The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience"

However, we were quite disappointed by the service - left a jacket in the hotel and they won’t help us courier it to our next destination. As a result, we will have to make changes to our trip and detour back to collect the item."
