Check in lobby is on level 6. There is a concierge on level 1. The front desk personnel spoke English well and was friendly. My check in and out progress were easy and fast. The room was clean and basic. Bathroom comes with a smart toilet bowl, bath tub & rain shower. Toiletries only upon request ...

Gloucester Hotel Jeju
Room a little small, but clean with comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was intentionally switch off due autumn season, we had to open the window to cool the room. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
